This is when you will need to check criminal records of an individual of your interest.
Usually such type of material is open to the general public through the search police records and is possible to find with some effort. Those types of records will contain information about whether the person had been involved in domestic violence, been accused of theft, has had traffic accidents where he was the culprit. You can also check whether the person has a history of abuse, fraud, burglary, assault and other stalking offences. It is not always possible to get this information as easy as you may thing.
