About Faneuf Law Group

After you are involved in an accident, the last thing you want to do is meet with an attorney who makes you feel uncomfortable. Our office strives not only for excellent results, but also honesty and integrity. Our law firm is based in Boston, Massachusetts, but we travel all over the state.  We focus our efforts on personal injury and civil litigation. Our goal is to help injured individuals become whole again by lawfully fighting for their rights through settlements and trials.

Daniel Faneuf, Esq. oversees the practice and has been working in personal injury law since 2004. During that time, Attorney Faneuf has helped thousands of cases reach a resolution, some of which settled to the tune of millions of dollars.

We have a simple system in place. Instead of having our clients worried about affording an attorney, we don’t charge a thing unless we are successful in resolving your case. When we resolve the case, we receive a 1/3 contingency fee. We’ll even front any out of pocket costs on your case. Here’s the best part: If we are not successful, you won’t owe us a penny. Your convenience and comfort are our top priority. You are welcome to come into our office or we can meet you where you choose.

We take pride in our honesty and character. If you don't have a strong case, we will tell you. We will always be fair and truthful.

Attorney Daniel Faneuf

Daniel Faneuf established the Faneuf Law Group in an effort to provide clients in Massachusetts with a better experience. Since entering the field in 2004, Attorney Faneuf has worked at several large civil litigation firms in Boston. His experience in the practice motivated him to establish his own firm with a focus on honesty, integrity and excellence.  He takes pride in knowing that he and his staff work very hard and care about their clients. Daniel has settled thousands of injury cases over his career. Many of the clients he has worked with still reach out to him for their legal needs and sometimes call just to stay in touch.

Attorney Faneuf's accomplishments have been recognized by the State's largest legal publication for attorneys, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Daniel has also been acknowledged by The American Institute of Legal Advocates as a Rising Star in the field of personal injury.

Before his career as an attorney, Daniel was a headliner at New England's largest comedy club, Improv Asylum. His experience writing and directing films, which have also won awards, helps his approach to cases and preparation of clients.
